Coach Laz is a Certified Personal Trainer / Strength & Conditioning Coach. With a degree in exercise science! Coach Laz has been an all around athlete since the age of 5. He played basketball, baseball, football & soccer; He is very knowledgeable in all sports. His dream in life was always to make it to the major leagues. While playing he was always his team’s point guard & captain. In baseball coach Laz was known as the only pitcher in his league that was a switch hitter. Being able to pitch fast & bat from both sides made him a wanted player by many teams. During an off-season in football he began lifting weights and due to lack of knowledge in the weight room, his rota-tor cuff was injured causing the end of his baseball career. As a result, he has spent the last 11 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer. His injury built a desire to help kids make their dreams a reality through sports. He has helped many athletes use correct form and injury prevention techniques. Through his experience and wealth of knowledge, Coach Laz has helped many obese kids, women, men, & young adults change their lives and achieve goals they never thought possible. Coach Laz is certified in the following areas by the National Federation of Personal Trainers, Core Training Specialist, C.P.R and A.E.D. He also has his degree in Exercise Science. He looks forward to work with athletes and see them develop and achieve their full potential. Coach Laz has a passion for sports, kids and overall well being of his community!
