Avon modular is a registered modular manufacturing company with the State of Florida (MFT 8686) and specializes in all types of commercial modular building manufacturing. Also, Avon Modular as a Certified General Contractor (CGC1521397) provides the ease for customer building projects to be managed by qualified construction experts who care about providing the high quality buildings in a fast, efficient manner. Alan de Zayas & Todd Lewis key members of the Avon Modular team completed numerous projects while acting as a Sr. account representative for GE Capital Modular Space. During their tenure they have extensive commercial modular building experience providing services to a diverse group of customers and markets. In 2009, Avon Modular began to surge in growth. The company expanded into the oil, gas, and energy markets specializing in work force housing (living quarters), man camps, and oil base camps for the oil /gas/energy industry. At this time a decision was made to expand the modular division and pursue business outside of Florida and expand through-out the SE and NE region and overseas. Since this time Avon Modular has expanded its area of operations and opened a satellite office in Weirton, West Virginia in order to better serve our clients in the NE region.
