Meet Celtic Crossing's New Owner - Karin MacKenzie Scott Since Spring 2016, Celtic Crossing has a new owner, local resident Karin Scott. Karin has lived in the area for over twenty years and calls Portsmouth home. Prior to purchasing Celtic Crossing in May, Karin worked for Discover Portsmouth and G. Willikers, giving her 18 years experience in Seacoast retail. Her love for all things Celtic was fueled by a trip to Scotland and Wales as a teenager, and her passion re-ignited with the Diana Gabaldon 'Outlander' series. Karin loves to travel, and has recently been to Ireland and Scotland to meet the vendors and artists who fill Celtic Crossing with Celtic delights. Come into the store, and you'll see new items from her recent buying trips. Karin has an exciting vision for the store, so watch for news over the next several months.
