CrossFit Chilliwack is a local fitness community that believes working out should be safe, fun, and effective.

We are excited to help you reach your goals through coach-led small group classes. Our coaches will help you move properly and adjust intensity levels to challenge you while safely improving your fitness. We believe through proper training and nutrition we can prepare ourselves for whatever life throws our way. CrossFit Is Different At a typical gym, you’re left to your own devices, motivation and knowledge which often leads to the same boring routine. At CrossFit Chilliwack, our goal is to actually effectively coach you – so you can strengthen your entire body and increase your work capacity, health and wellness with an interesting and challenging variety of movements. Constantly Varied, Functional Movements Executed at High Intensity in a shared work environment is fun! It is scalable in all aspects making it the optimal fitness regimen for any committed individual regardless of age or experience. Our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements; getting off the floor, standing from a seat, reaching for a tall shelf, lifting from the floor. We combine movements such as running, rowing, biking, jumping rope, weightlifting and bodyweight exercises. We use a variety of equipment; barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls and boxes in a variety of combinations in our daily workouts. CrossFit classes are coach-led one hour sessions and include a warm-up, instruction on skill and strength development, conditioning and mobility.

Appointments are accepted here. You may plan for your visit.
