The Gorrín Brothers were born in the Canary Islands, Spain and emigrated to Venezuela in 1949. There they received their academic training. However, both were engaged in business from an early age. In the early 60's the Gorrín family acquired their first bakery in a very populated area in the capital of Venezuela (Caracas). From here begins the expansion of the concept. At the beginning of the 80s I already had 8 bakeries and patisseries, and one of them was named Don Pan®. Shortly thereafter, the Gorrín family moved to the United States, where they built their first Don Pan® on Flagler St. and the 107th Ave in Miami, in February 1995.
