This philosophy of simplicity is mirrored in the interior design, by world-renowned architect Jeffrey Beers, who has created an airy, light and stunning backdrop that uniquely melds the antique urns of Greece – which once held goods such as olive oil or wheat – with a fresh and contemporary Floridian breeze. A prominent feature of the restaurant is the white Pentelikon marble throughout, which was sourced from Mount Penteli, just outside Athens. Since ancient times, Pentelikon marble has been famous for its strength and clarity of color – and notably was used to build the Parthenon.
