JUPITER LAW CENTER was founded in 1988 by Attorney Richard Gumson (and his Wife/Paralegal/Office Manager, Sandy) as a General Practice law firm handling a wide variety of legal matters, including all aspects of Family Law (Divorce, and Paternity, Child Support, Timesharing, Property Distribution, Alimony, Pre-Nuptial Agreements and Modification actions), Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts and Probate Estates), Real Estate, Corporations, Contracts, Personal Injury, Immigration, Litigation and Criminal Law. In 1992, Attorney Adam Gumson joined his father and, a few years later, Adam’s wife, Lissa, joined the firm and later became the firm’s Office Manager when Richard and Sandy Gumson retired in 2005.
Since that time, the firm relocated from Chasewood Plaza to Jupiter Creek Professional Center into a warm and inviting office, which feels more like a home than a law firm, and shifted its focus to handling primarily Estate Planning and Family Law matters. One focus that has not changed, however, is the firm’s commitment to being accessible and giving solid, practical legal advice with a personal touch.
