Our journey began in 2010 when we first opened Rocket’s Feed, and continues now that we are situated in Schertz, TX. Upon opening, we have always served a unique selection of burgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches. Our new location allowed us to also become a bakery, so we now proudly serve a wide array of pastries such as empanadas, cookies, and pan dulce. Our food is made from the highest quality ingredients, and we work with our suppliers to ensure that everything we use is fresh. Since we have always worked in the food industry, from growing up in a mom-and-pop restaurant in Chicago to managing food manufacturing plants, it was only natural for us to open up our own restaurant. Family is very important to us, which is why we remain a family owned establishment, and ensure that every customer is treated like family. Since we first opened, customers have always asked us about our name. Due to our background from Chicago, we wanted to incorporate some of the city’s rich history, so we named our restaurant after the Chicago Rockets football team. Although they no longer play, we felt that this reference perfectly encompassed our retro, all-American atmosphere with tastes from the north.
