IN 1984 THREE FRIENDS, RON COOPER, JOE RUDDY AND JOE SZABO OPENED SCHOONERS AS A GAS STATION. OVER 30 YEARS SCHOONERS HAS TRANSFORMED FROM A GAS STATION TO ONE OF THE LONGEST OPERATING RESTAURANTS IN JUPITER, FLORIDA. SINCE THE PASSING OF RON COOPER AND JOE RUDDY THEIR LEGACY OF SCHOONERS LIVES ON WITH JOE SZABO, FAMILY AND THE STAFF WHO HAVE BEEN WITH SCHOONERS FOR MANY YEARS.
