It is a beautiful Church from inside and out. First St. Luke Catholic Church was established in 1961 to promote the teaching of Jesus and to educate the Christian community by setting up schools. Initially 230 families enrolled with the church and 180 children enrolled in the school. Later the number of students started increasing. In 1965 there were 16 classrooms for the students. In 1980 total families enrollments increased to 1,400 and number kept on increasing as the years passes.
