The staff is here to serve you, any questions or concerns that you have about any of the services offered will be answered at the help desk that is located at the front entrance. When you walk in, you will be required to show a state-issued ID (for security reasons), and sign in to receive a temporary badge that you are required to keep visible. If you are in need of veteran affair services for the first time, you will need to bring a copy of your DD-214 to building 10. Once you get to building ten which is located outside of the main medical facility, you will be required to sign in and wait to be processed.
